Xiaoqing Li is a Professor and Department Head of Management Information Systems (MIS) at the University of Illinois at Springfield, where he has served since 2001. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from McMaster University (2003) and has developed and taught courses such as Cybersecurity Management, Healthcare Informatics, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Analytics.
