Xiaomu Song

Xiaomu Song is an Associate Professor and Chair of Robotics Engineering at the School of Engineering, Widener University. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in robotics engineering, both on campus and online, while mentoring students in research projects and directing the Undergraduate Student Research Program.

• Pattern recognition and machine learning
• Robotic vision and artificial intelligence
• Brain-machine interface and biomedical imaging
• Multi-sensor fusion and signal/image processing

His work bridges computer science, neuroscience, and biomedical engineering, focusing on neuroimaging and AI applications. He collaborates with IEEE as a Senior Member and integrates practical research into student learning experiences.
