Xian Su

Xian Su is a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Knight Foundation School of Computing and Information Sciences, Florida International University. He holds a Ph.D. (2024) and M.Phil (2022) in Computer Science from the City University of New York, and a B.Sc. (2016) from Ocean University of China. His research focuses on distributed machine learning, particularly leveraging coding techniques to address straggler challenges in distributed systems.
