Xenia Filip

Dr. Xenia Filip is a Research Professor at the National Research and Development Institute for Isotopic and Molecular Technologies (INCDTIM) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She leads research in the Complex Molecular and Biomolecular Systems group within the Department of Isotopic and Molecular Technologies.

Her educational background includes:

She has developed expertise in conformational analysis of pharmaceutical compounds and numerical simulations in high-resolution solid-state NMR spectroscopy using specialized software (Spinev, Sympson, Axiom).

Her scientific contributions are evident through leadership in multiple national and international research projects addressing cutting-edge problems in materials science and pharmaceutical development. Current projects focus on bio-inspired surface engineering, polydopamine adhesion mechanisms, and crystal engineering of pharmaceutical compounds.
