Professor Wyn Morgan is an Honorary Professor of Economics at the University of Sheffield's School of Economics. He previously held senior roles at the University of Nottingham, including Professor of Economics and Associate Professor, before becoming Pro Vice-Chancellor for Learning and Teaching at Sheffield in 2015. His research focuses on food economics, supply chain dynamics, and commodity markets, with funding from DEFRA and the EU's TRANSFOP program. He is passionate about teaching, having taught Microeconomics, quantitative methods, and agricultural policy across undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Notable awards include an international teaching award for contributions to education.
