Woodward Yang is the Gordon McKay Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Harvard University's Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and an HBS University Fellow. He holds dual affiliations with the Harvard Business School and the Graduate School of Design. His research spans semiconductor device physics, computer architecture, and technology policy.

- Industry Impact: Co-developed foundational smartphone technologies, founded a DRAM design company
