Wolfgang Schön

Wolfgang Schön is a prominent academic in legal studies, currently serving as a Scientific Member and Director at the Max Planck Society since 2002, and Vice President of the Max Planck Society since 2008. He previously held Full Professorships at the University of Bielefeld (1992–1996) and the University of Bonn (1996–2002), where he directed the Institute for Tax Law and co-directed the Center for European Commercial Law. His expertise spans Private Law, Trade and Corporate Law, Law of Accounts, and Fiscal Law.
