Wojciech Lisiewicz is a Professor of Business Law at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences, where he has been teaching since 2009. He previously served as Vice Rector for Studies and International Affairs from 2011 to 2014. His academic home is within the Faculty of Business Law (Fakultät Wirtschaftsrecht) at the university.

Professor Lisiewicz previously worked as a lawyer in the legal department of Stadtwerke Leipzig GmbH from 2005 to 2009, where he was responsible for Poland and international projects, bringing practical legal experience to his academic role.
His teaching portfolio includes comprehensive business law education across multiple degree levels, from foundational Private Commercial Law courses in the first bachelor semesters through advanced Corporate Law and specialized Energy Law modules in later semesters and at the master's level.
