Dr. Winifred Asare-Doku is a Lecturer at the National Drug & Alcohol Research Centre within the Faculty of Medicine & Health at the University of New South Wales. Her research program focuses on substance use disorders, mental health intersections, and suicide prevention, particularly among culturally diverse populations and vulnerable groups in criminal justice systems.
She holds a BA in Psychology, MPhil in Clinical Psychology, and PhD in Psychiatry.
