Wilson Ofotsu Otchie

Wilson Ofotsu Otchie is a PhD-holding Research Fellow in Educational Technology at the Institute of Education, University of Tartu. His career spans 25 years in education, including roles as Principal, Head of Science Department, and Senior Examiner for the West African Examinations Council.
