Professor Williamjames Hoffer is a tenured faculty member in the Department of History at Seton Hall University since 2002, serving as Pre-Law Advisor. His academic specialization bridges U.S. legal history, economic history, and military history, with a focus on constitutional development, judicial decision-making, and the legal profession's evolution. He teaches courses ranging from the U.S. history survey to specialized topics like economic history and methodology for majors.
