William M Brieher

William M Brieher is a Professor in the Department of Cell and Developmental Biology at the University of Illinois. His research focuses on understanding how cells organize actin cytoskeletons, with particular emphasis on actin filament assembly at cell-cell adhesive junctions, actin filament disassembly mechanisms, and signal-triggered actin assembly processes.

His research interests span Cell-Cell Interactions, Cytoskeleton dynamics, and Cell Adhesion mechanisms.
