William Kupinse is a Professor in the Department of English at the University of Puget Sound. His teaching and scholarship integrate literature and creative writing through an ecological lens, focusing on the intersections between environmental justice, colonialism, gender, and literary imagination.

- Current Work: Writing a book titled Organic Modernism, examining 20th-century writers’ reinterpretation of Romantic ecological ideas.
