William Hyde

William Hyde is a Motion Media Design Professor at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) since 2024. Prior to his academic role, he held several senior creative positions, including Creative Director, Brand and Growth at Big Fish Games (2020–2023), Executive Creative Director/Managing Partner at Strange & Wonderful (2013–2020), and founding roles at Süperfad and Digital Kitchen. Hyde holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Communications Studies from the University of Virginia.

Hyde has received notable recognition, including the Cannes Silver Lion for The Best Cigarette while at Sundance Channel in 2005.
