William H. Rippard

William H. Rippard is a Researcher at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), where he serves as Group Leader of the Spin Electronics Group in the Quantum Electrodynamics Division. His work focuses on metrologies for spin-based devices, including electron transport, heat flow, and spin excitations in nanoscale systems for applications in computing and quantum sensing.
