William Cope is a Professor in the Department of Educational Policy Studies at the University of Illinois, affiliated with the College of Education. He also holds cross-campus appointments as Professor in the Information Trust Institute, Health Care Engineering Systems Center, and European Union Center, with additional affiliations in the Siebel Center for Design.
