William Blair

Sir William (Bill) Blair is a Professor of Financial Law and Ethics at Queen Mary University of London’s Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), with cross-affiliations to the Institute of Banking and Finance Law. He holds visiting professorships at institutions including the London School of Economics, Peking University, and the University of Hong Kong.
