Willi Brammertz

Willi Brammertz is an External Lecturer at the University of Zurich, where his work is integrated into the Risk Lab course. He holds a Dr. oec. publ. and Lic. oec. publ. from the University of Zurich. With over 30 years of experience in Risk Consulting across Banking, Financial Services, Asset Management, and Insurance sectors, Brammertz is a leading figure in financial risk analysis. He founded IRIS AG, creator of the RiskPro software, which has been adopted by over 200 global financial institutions. His expertise spans Market, Credit, and Operational Risk, with a focus on risk simulation and analytic solutions.

Brammertz currently serves as Owner/Managing Director of Ariadne Business Analytics AG and Brammertz Consulting.
