Will Dobbie is a Professor of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). His research focuses on poverty, inequality, and the social and economic impacts of policy interventions in the U.S. Key areas include racial bias in the criminal justice system, labor market consequences of credit reports, and the long-term effects of charter schools. He has received prestigious awards such as the Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellowship and the Jonathan Edwards Bicentennial Preceptorship at Princeton University.
