Dr. Wiesław Danielak is a Professor at the University of Zielona Góra, serving as the Head of the Department of Strategic Management and Marketing within the Institute of Management and Quality Sciences. His research focuses on strategic management, business relations, supply chain dynamics, and the challenges faced by small and medium enterprises (SMEs). He holds a Habilitation in Engineering and has been actively contributing to academic and industry discussions since the late 1990s.
His academic career spans over two decades, with significant contributions to understanding SME competitiveness, digital security, and the impact of globalization on business practices. Recent research emphasizes remote work dynamics during the pandemic, relational capital in supply chains, and EU environmental regulations. Danielak’s work often bridges theoretical frameworks with empirical studies in Polish and European business contexts.
