Wenlong Cheng is a Professor in the School of Biomedical Engineering at The University of Sydney. He holds the NHMRC Investigator Leadership Fellowship and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. His research focuses on nanobionics, wearable bioelectronics, and plasmonic nanomaterials. He leads the Nanobionics Group and is affiliated with the University of Sydney Nano Institute and Charles Perkins Centre.
Education: PhD (Chinese Academy of Sciences, 2005), BS (Jilin University, China, 1999). Previous roles include Alexander von Humboldt Fellow at the Max Planck Institute and Research Associate at Cornell University.
