Weng Kin San is a Bersoff Faculty Fellow at New York University's Department of Philosophy, affiliated with the College of Arts & Science. He will assume the position of Assistant Professor at the London School of Economics' Department of Philosophy, Logic, and Scientific Method in 2025. His research interests include ethics, epistemology, decision theory, logic, metaphysics, and philosophy of language. Current work focuses on distributive ethics and evidential support.
San holds a PhD from the University of Southern California (School of Philosophy), a BPhil from the University of Oxford, and a joint undergraduate degree from the National University of Singapore and Australian National University. His publications engage with foundational issues in epistemology and logic, addressing paradoxes like Fitch's and the KK Principle. He actively participates in academic discourse through presentations at conferences and workshops.
