Wendy J. Bailey

Dr. Wendy J. Bailey is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business at Rhodes College. She also serves as the Director of the Master of Science in Accounting program. Her research focuses on behavioral judgment and decision-making in accounting contexts, with specific interests in managerial ethics, sustainability, accounting standard setting, public policy, and incentive systems. She teaches financial accounting, managerial accounting, and ethics courses across undergraduate, graduate, and executive levels.
