Wendy Findlay

Associate Professor Wendy Findlay holds dual roles as Deputy Director (Education) at the Greater Brisbane Clinical School (GBCS) and Head of RBCU within the Academy for Medical Education at The University of Queensland. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery and Medical Science from UQ. Her research focuses on medical education innovation, particularly peer-led feedback systems in healthcare training, alongside contributions to neurological research and medical imaging applications. Findlay is actively engaged in supervising research and advancing educational methodologies in medical practice. Her work bridges clinical practice and academic development, emphasizing digital tools for feedback literacy and employability in caring professions.
