Wendy Chen

Dr. Yawen (Wendy) Chen is a Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales (UNSW Canberra campus), affiliated with the School of Systems & Computing. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Adelaide and focuses on interdisciplinary research at the intersection of photonic computing, AI acceleration, and network optimization.

Her research spans computer networks/systems, parallel/distributed computing, photonic computing/communication, and AI-related education.
