Dr. Wen-Qing Ngoei is an Associate Professor of History and Associate Dean (Partnerships & Engagement) at the College of Integrative Studies, Singapore Management University (SMU). He specializes in U.S.-Southeast Asia relations, Cold War history, and decolonization studies. His research examines intersections of diplomacy, culture, and policy in Singapore's foreign relations from the Cold War era to the present.
