Dr. Wen-Ling Huang is an Associate Professor at the Institute of European and American Studies, Academia Sinica, focusing on African American history, U.S. women's voluntary associations, and American women's history. She holds a Ph.D. from Chinese Culture University (2004) and has served as Assistant Research Fellow at Academia Sinica since 2004.
