Wen-Chyuan Chiang

Wen-Chyuan Chiang is a Professor of Operations Management and the Chair of Finance & Operations Management at The University of Tulsa’s Collins College of Business. He holds the Doris L. Flournoy Endowed Professorship in Business and is Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Revenue Management.

• Education: Ph.D. and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin; B.A. from National Taiwan Normal University.

Research Interests: Focuses on revenue management, supply chain optimization, logistics, and AI-driven solutions for operational challenges. His work spans manufacturing, distribution, and data-driven decision-making in operations.
