Dr. Wei Yang is a Senior Lecturer in Health Economics and Policy and Director of the Institute of Gerontology at King's College London. She holds a PhD from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE), an MPhil in Medical Sociology from the National University of Singapore, and a BA in Sociology from Fudan University. Her research focuses on health and long-term care financing policies, aging populations, mental health, and health inequities. She has been recognized with the Future Research Leader award from the UK's ESRC.
