Dr. Wei-Lin Melody Chang is a Lecturer at the School of Languages and Cultures, University of Queensland, specializing in pragmatics, intercultural communication, and business negotiation. Her research explores face, (im)politeness, and humor in Chinese interactions, particularly in Australian-Chinese contexts.
