Wayne Brockbank

Wayne Brockbank is a Clinical Professor at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. His research focuses on the intersection of human resource strategies and business performance, including HR professional competencies, strategic business linkages, corporate culture creation, and organizational adaptability in turbulent environments. He explores methods to accelerate change through institutional practices and enhance competitive advantage through organizational capabilities.
