Wan Hua Sim is a Research Fellow at Monash University's Department of Paediatrics and the School of Psychological Sciences, Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health. She concurrently serves as a Senior Psychologist at the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne. Her research focuses on parenting interventions, child mental health, and inclusive practices for neurodivergent children. She mentors psychology students and collaborates across disciplines to develop preventive programs for families. Key contributions include the PaRCADS scale and evaluations of online parenting interventions.
