Walter Stabb

Walter Stabb is a Senior Lecturer in Post-Production Editing at the School of Design and Creative Industries, University of Greenwich, since 2016. He teaches on Film and TV Production and Digital Filmmaking courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Professionally, he has worked as a freelance editor and filmmaker on projects screened by the BBC, HBO America, global advertising agencies, cultural institutions, and international festivals.

• Education: First-class degree from the University of Nottingham; MRes thesis on documentary film, trauma, and animation from The London Consortium.
• Research Affiliation: Ongoing Research Associate and former Head of Post-Production at The Derek Jarman Lab, School of Arts, Birkbeck.
• Notable Collaborations: Co-created The Seasons in Quincy (2016) and Europe Endless (2019).
