Professor Walter Leal holds dual roles as Professor of Environment and Technology at Manchester Metropolitan University (UK) and Chair of Climate Change Management at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany), both part-time positions. He specializes in sustainable development, climate change, and their intersections with health and education.
