Dr. Walter C. Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Engineering Education at Virginia Tech. His research focuses on engineering education pedagogy, academic motivation, and diversity initiatives in STEM. He has contributed extensively to the Journal of Women and Minorities in Science and Engineering through empirical studies and theoretical frameworks.
