Wally Parish is an Associate Professor of Kinesiology at the University of Northwestern, where he also serves as the Faculty Athletic Representative.
He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Kansas and completed both his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees at Fort Hays State University.
Dr. Parish specializes in Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Nutrition, Adapted Fitness, and Assessments. His teaching responsibilities include Anatomy of Human Movement (HPE2175), Human Nutrition (HPE3006), Assessment and Measurement in Physical Education (HPE3075), Exercise Physiology (HPE3376), and Biomechanics (HPE3377).
Prior to joining the University of Northwestern, Dr. Parish taught at the University of Kansas, focusing on neuromuscular dysfunction and statistics.
