Wai Lim Ku is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at Howard University's College of Medicine. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Maryland (2014) and previously completed an M.Phil. and B.Sc. in Physics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2008, 2006).
His research focuses on single-cell transcriptomics and epigenetics, particularly how genetic and epigenetic factors regulate cellular states and phenotypes. He has contributed to developing experimental techniques for single-cell histone modification profiling.
