Dr. Peng He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology at University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. His research focuses on gene regulatory networks in human tissues using single-cell and spatial genomics approaches, with major contributions to the ENCODE and Human Cell Atlas projects for fetal lung and limb development.
