Dr Waheed Oseni is a Chartered Facilities Manager and Chartered Construction Manager with over six years of teaching experience in UK higher education. Currently serving as Senior Lecturer and Course Leader in Construction Project Management at the University of West London's School of Computing and Engineering, he specializes in Construction Project Management and Facilities Management principles.

• Education: PhD in Construction Management & Economics, London South Bank University

Research Interests span construction economics, blockchain technology in real estate, cybersecurity in multi-cloud environments, and professionalization of facilities management in Nigeria. His work bridges technological innovation with practical applications in the built environment.
