WANG Heli

WANG Heli is a Full-time Faculty member and currently serves as **Dean of the College of Graduate Research Studies** at Singapore Management University (SMU). She holds the **Janice Bellace Professor of Strategic Management** title within the Lee Kong Chian School of Business. Her academic journey includes roles as Associate Professor at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and prior professorships at SMU. She has led strategic initiatives such as the Post-Graduate Research Programmes and chairs the Strategy & Organization department.

Education:

• Ph.D. in Strategic Management (Minors: Economics and Finance), Fisher College of Business, Ohio State University (2002)

Research Interests: WANG Heli’s work focuses on the **Resource-Based Theory of the Firm**, **Strategic Human Capital**, **Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)**, **Business Ethics**, and **Knowledge and Innovation**. She explores how firms leverage employee governance, institutional environments, and stakeholder dynamics to drive competitive advantage.
