W. Renee' Acosta serves as Clinical Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy. She joined the faculty in 2003, became full-time pharmacy practice faculty in 2005, and has held leadership roles including Assistant Dean of Admissions and Advising (2015-2017) before assuming her current position overseeing the Pharm.D. program.

Research Focus: Dr. Acosta's scholarly work centers on advancing over-the-counter medication education, developing innovative student assessment methodologies, and implementing evidence-based teaching techniques.
