Véronique Freire is a Clinical Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Montreal, affiliated with the Department of Radiology, Radiation Oncology and Nuclear Medicine. She also serves as a Musculoskeletal Radiologist at the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM).
- Expertise: Musculoskeletal ultrasound, spinal intervention, arthritis and collagenosis, vertebroplasty, improving quality of care.
- Research Affiliation: Member of the Imaging and Engineering axis at the CRCHUM (Research Center of the Université de Montréal Hospital Center).
Scientific Recognition: In 2017, Dr. Freire co-received a $3,000 prize with Dr. Nathalie Bureau.
