Voudouri Irini

Irini Voudouri is a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Department of Management Science and Technology, Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, a master’s in Strategic Management from HEC/ESSEC/Université Paris X, and a PhD from Université Paris X. Her research focuses on innovation, entrepreneurship, strategic management, corporate governance, and sustainability.

Professional Roles: She served as Head of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit (2017–2020), Director of the Management, Strategy and Entrepreneurship Lab (2017–2022), and Director of the MA in Heritage Management (2018–2021). She has advised on national and EU research projects and contributed to private and public sector consulting.

Research Output: Her recent work explores crisis adaptation in SMEs, governance in big data contexts, and ambidextrous leadership in public sectors. Her studies often bridge theory and practice, offering insights into organizational resilience and ethical innovation.
