Volker Grabowsky

Volker Grabowsky is Professor of Thai Language and Culture at the University of Hamburg's Asia-Africa Institute, where he leads the Department of Southeast Asian Languages and Cultures. His research focuses on manuscript cultures across Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia, with emphasis on historical knowledge preservation.
