Vladan Markovic

Vladan Markovic is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Management, Singidunum University. His academic journey includes:

• Education: Bachelor's (Faculty of Physical Culture, 1996–2001), Master's (Faculty of Sports and Physical Education, 2002–2007), and Doctoral studies (Faculty of Sports Management, 2008–2010).
• Professional History: Teaching since 2007 at the High School of Sports and Health before joining Singidunum in 2013.

His research focuses on sports science, with emphasis on:

• Biomechanics of swimming and water polo
• Motor skills development in children
• Performance analytics in elite sports
• Applied technology in physical education

Recent publications (2022–2025) explore tactical water polo analysis, swimming pedagogy, and technology-enhanced training methods. He also leads community initiatives, including the 'Golden Dolphin' Swimming Club and children's swimming programs in Belgrade.
