Vivian Curran

Vivian Curran is a Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She holds significant roles, including Vice-President of the International Academy of Comparative Law, past President of the American Society of Comparative Law, and Correspondante étrangère at the Sorbonne's Institute of Legal and Philosophical Sciences. Her research focuses on comparative law, transnational law, international human rights, and legal history.
