Vivette Glover is a Visiting Professor at the Department of Paediatrics, School of Medicine, Imperial College London. Her work focuses on the biological and psychological impacts of maternal stress, anxiety, and depression on fetal and neonatal development, with a particular emphasis on cortisol and the HPA axis. She has contributed to understanding perinatal mental illness and fetal programming through decades of research and international collaborations.

Her interdisciplinary research has spanned collaborations across the USA, Canada, Australia, Belgium, Finland, Sweden, The Gambia, and the UK.
