Vivek K. Reddy

Dr. Vivek K. Reddy is an Associate Professor of Neurology and Executive Vice Chair of the Department of Neurology at the University of Utah, where he oversees departmental operations and strategy. He joined the institution in 2019 and holds concurrent roles as Interim Chief Medical Information Officer for University of Utah Health and Vascular Neurology Fellowship Director. Previously, he served as Chief Health Information Officer at Intermountain Healthcare and Chief Medical Information Officer at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

As Vascular Neurology Fellowship Director, he oversees trainee education. He also leads clinical initiatives including the TeleNeurology/TeleStroke Programs, which expanded to 6 states with 3,800+ annual virtual evaluations under his leadership, and the Data Warehouse Team enabling research analytics.
