Vitaliy Sazonov

Vitaliy Sazonov, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences at Nazarbayev University School of Medicine (NUSOM). He has been a faculty member since October 2014 and serves as Program Director for the Residency Program in Anesthesiology and Critical Care. He also leads multiple courses including Basic Physical Examination, Clinical Procedures, and Anesthesiology Clerkship.

Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Karaganda State Medical Academy (2004)

Dr. Sazonov's work centers on pediatric critical care innovations, with emphasis on sepsis management using hemoadsorption techniques, pain management in children, and healthcare system studies in Kazakhstan.
