Vish Muthusamy

Vish Muthusamy is a Research Scientist and Director of the Center for Precision Cancer Modeling at Yale School of Medicine. His work focuses on cancer genetics, epigenetics, immunobiology, and pharmacology, with a particular emphasis on developing in vivo tumor models and preclinical therapeutic strategies.

Key collaborations include partnerships with medicinal chemists and pharmaceutical companies to advance candidate drugs into clinical application. Recent research highlights his role in designing IL-12 mRNA therapies for checkpoint inhibitor-resistant tumors and FGFR/HDAC combination treatments for bladder cancer.
